Through my work with Odyssey Space Research, I have been helping to create this lunar environment surface for research purposes with the Artemis project! This environment focuses on the Shackleton crater on the southern pole of the moon, hence the long, contrasting shadows of this project. I was never taught to work with real life data like I have with Odyssey.
Trying to figure out how to implement different file types, configure them, and break them down to become modifiable within a game engine took a mindset I wasn’t used to. But seeing this world of data and figures become gamified before my eyes was rewarding.

This project was created with: Unreal Engine, Maya, Substance Painter, and Adobe Photoshop.
